EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR RENTAL PROPERTY
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE USED THIS PRODUCT IN A RENTAL UNIT. THE FIRST TIME WAS IN A KITCHEN AND
BATHROOM TWO YEARS AGO. THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR
CARPET CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT. ACTUALLY, WE EVENTUALLY REPLACED THIS PRODUCT IN THE BATHROOM WITH
CERAMIC TILE, BUT ONLY BECAUSE THE TENANT INITIALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE US THE EXTRA TIME TO DO THE
CERAMIC TILING. SO WE INSTALLED THE ALLURE TRAFFIC MASTER TEMPORARILY INSTEAD. BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT
IS SO RESILIENT AND DURABLE, MY CONTRACTOR HAD A HECK OF A TIME PULLING IT UP, AND HAS SINCE
INSTALLED THIS PRODUCT IN SEVERAL KITCHENS IN THE AREA. THE LASTEST INSTALLATION WAS IN A MASTER
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THIS TIME I ELECTED TO GO WITH THE ALLURE TRAFFIC MASTER INSTEAD OF THE CERAMIC
TILE IN THE BATHROOM BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT. I READ SOME CONCERNS ABOUT
THE GRAIN NOT BEING UNIFORM IN THE CENTER OF EACH PLANK, BUT SO FAR HAVEN'T NOTICED THIS ON MY
INSTALLATIONS.

Is that real wood flooring?I had the Allure Country Pine installed in my kitchen and guest bathroom. I liked it so well that I had it installed in the foyer and now the master bathroom floor is next.
This product is so beautiful and "life-like" even the texture is amazing. Everyone who sees it is surprised to learn it is vinyl planking. I chose the Country Pine because I like the character of the pine flooring. It has the knots and various markings of the "real thing!" It doesn't have the yellow tones just a rich lighter brown coloring. I love it!!
As for installation, it looked easy enough that I probably could have done it myself. The planks fit so well next to one another that there is absolutely NO seams showing. The care is a breeze. I just vacumn over the floors and damp mop if needed. It is amazing! And the comfort underfoot is good. Much better than the ceramic tile. If you are thinking of purchasing this product; do yourself a big favor and buy it. I don't think you will find a better product.or better price.

Easy, Awesome, fun to work withI do a lot of home improvements and I'm always trying somethinng new. Sometimes it works and sometimes does not, but you have to keep on trying. This flooring was so simple to install, a utility blade, some snips and a straight edge are all you need. Change your blades often and spend a little time to prep the floor and figure your cuts and it's very easy. Remember to stager your planks so it looks natural and when you have some difficult cuts, make a cardboard cut out for a template.
It states this floor is waterproof so I put it in the bathroom and it looks awesome.
This floor feels nice on your feet and cleans easy. My favorite so far is the barnwood, I have used mahogany also, but I like the look of the barnwood the best.
My sister hates home improvement and I had her helping me now she wants to do the rest of her house.
I have completed 3 rooms in my house and will continue as the money comes in.
Good luck and don't be afraid to try this flooring.

Basement Floor ProjectWe recently installed this floor in our newly finished basement. I wanted hardwood or laminate but due to having water issues several years ago could not do that. Originally we had decided on carpet and received a quote for around $2000. While in Home Depot with my contractor I commented about laminate floors, he suggested I look at the Allure Vinyl flooring. Great Suggestion.
The floor took about 8 hours to install with only my wife and I working on it. There was a column and an angled wall that we had to work around. Neither one of us are very handy with these types of projects. Floor went in with ease and looks incredible. People can not believe it is not hardwood. We saved over $1000 using this floor and could not be happier with it. We are looking for somewhere else to put it in our house and have suggested it to our friends. We volunteered our help because it was nice to complete a project and have it look so great. Toughest part was choosing form all the different choices of Allure flooring.

Great Product!Installation was easy & fast. I removed carpet & put this flooring over concrete in my den 4 yrs ago and all joints & edges are still perfectly smooth. It has withstood kids, pets & careful heavy furniture moving. Scuff marks are not visible in the high traffic areas unless there is bright light and you get down low and look at it from an angle. There's no discoloration whatsoever from any scuff marks and it maintains its very rich wood look. THE KEY TO THIS PRODUCT is starting with clean (swept & vacuumed) floor surface and being sure that absolutely NO dust/debris touches the adhesive strips or it will not stick. Anyone who installs this in a dining area or where chairs are continuously moving back & forth MUST install soft pads or smooth glides under the chair legs to protect the floor. After all, it's not hard like ceramic tile. It's very quiet & you can feel a slight cushion when you walk on it. It also provides acoustic value. I love this product and am installing it in 2 hallways next.

Easiest floor ever? As Advertised! This floor is, in fact, the easiest floor I've ever installed. All you need to install is a tape measure, square, and a utility knife! I started by installing it in my kitchen, and was so happy with it, I also did a hallway and laundry room.
The only down side to this product is that you can see a bit of scuffing. My dog can't figure out how to walk across any floor that isn't carpeted, so she digs in with her claws as she walks, and skids across the floor. From certain angles, you can see where her claws have scuffed the floor, but not scratched it.
One cautionary note I will mention. This product is very flexible, and while this makes for very easy installation, it also means that it will conform to the shape of your subfloor. If you have rough and bumpy subfloor, your flooring will be rough and bumpy. Be sure you prepare your subfloor to make it as smooth as possible, and free of any debris before you begin.

I have used this product in two bathrooms, but used...I have used this product in two bathrooms, but used a different brand of vinyl flooring throughout the rest of my house. I love my floors and am very happy that I decided to use the vinyl planks, After convincing my neighbor that she would be pleased with the Allure, she asked me to install the product in her bathroom. I have to admit I was a little reluctant at first because I wasn't sure of the condition of her concrete floor in the area where the new floor was to be installed. As expected, the concrete needed to be leveled in a few spots and the room was not square, off by 3 inches! Laying the planks so they wouldn't come together like a slice of pizza took some figuring out, but the Allure was easy to cut and it turned out very nice. This really is one of the easiest flooring materials to install on the market today, as well as durable and affordable.

Do not buy - Edges do not stay glued and emits awful odorWe put this floor in our basement over concrete according to the manufacturer's directions approximately four (4) weeks ago. However, our seams keep coming unglued and the floor continues to give off an awful burnt vinyl smell that hasn't gone away after four (4) weeks even though we have properly ventilated the basement for days on end. The floor was relatively easy to install and looked beautiful initially. We were more than pleased when we completed the installation. By the next day, we smelled the odor and had to start re-pressing the seems. We had the flooring in the basement for more than a week before installing it. We left the recommended expansion space between the perimeter of the floor and the foundation, so we know the flooring isn't buckling. We don't understand why the glue isn't holding. What appeared to be a great product, just isn't so. It pains us (and our backs) to think we have to remove this very heavy floor product and start over with a new product. We are calling the manufacturer today to see what recourse we have with this product.
