We chose this carpet for our home from the sample at Home Depot as it felt soft and luxurious, and was the low pile that I wanted. It is considered a premium carpet, and although it does not have a super high face weight, it rates decently in density and the sample felt nice. Unfortunately after installation, it looks cheap and feels very hard underfoot. The carpet shows every footprint and vacuum mark which was what I was hoping to avoid by going with the low pile. We upgraded to the memory foam carpet pad but it only contributes to the hard feel as it has very little give. It is hard and dense, not what you would expect with memory foam. Unless you are putting this in a rental home, choose another carpet.

I love this rug, and the color. It's a nice...I love this rug, and the color. It's a nice grey that can go anywhere. I put it in my bedroom so its a nice soft but not too plush carpet.
