Our vacuum won't work on this carpet!
We just had it installed yesterday. While it is beautiful carpeting, I am very frustrated that our vacuum won't budge on it at all. From reviews I'm finding on the internet, this is a common problem. Wish I would have known that before we purchased this carpeting because now we're going to be out the added expense of finding a vacuum that will be compatible with this carpet!

Be prepared to buy a new vacuum
Although the carpet is beautiful...we had to buy a new vacuum cleaner. We have been back and forth to the store and on the 6th try we finally found one that works sorta depending on which way the vacuum runs across the carpet. As a purchaser of this carpet I wish I would have know this before we had it installed. I would not recommend this carpet unless you are prepared to spend upward of $400 for a new vacuum that will not ruin the carpet fibers. Bottom line, buyer beware.
