Update your home with help from the sleek, contemporary M. S. International Inc. 18 in. x 31 in. Emerald Green Polished Granite Floor and Wall Tile. This natural green tile is made of Grade 1, natural stone construction that is suitable for your floor, wall or countertop. Its unglazed, polished smooth finish features a high sheen with moderate variation in tone for a natural look. It offers a frost-resistant design for long-lasting use. With a large selection of accessories to choose from, this tile can easily be laid in a pattern or single layout and is suitable for residential and commercial installations, including kitchens and bathrooms. NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

I purchased this item online. It was shipped to the store via UPS and it was smashed to pieces.

The product is really beautiful. The packaging leave a lot to be desired though. Out of the 5 box...
The product is really beautiful. The packaging leave a lot to be desired though. Out of the 5 boxes we purchased, three were damaged. We had to redesign the way that we were planning on using it to salvage enough to do the project. Upon calling customer service, I was told that I could return the damaged product to my local Home Depot. I had taken time off to do this project ahead of company visiting, and since the product is not carried in store, that wasn't a good solution. The only satisfaction I received for the headache was a 10% off coupon. It feels pretty insufficient with a 60% damage rate. Unfortunately, I will have to purchase another box to finish the project. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it comes in unbroken.
