Came out better than expected. Picture is oak floor with finish (no stain). Had to use carpet tape to hold in place. Got for older dog going up/down stairs and it is really helping her out.

Sharp look for the price
We have had these on our stairs for a few weeks. They have a rough texture and very nice coloring to them. They are beige with darker colors through them. They are neutral enough to go with any color scheme. We have cats and I was worried if and how they would collect cat hair and how they would vacuum. So far, really no cat hair accumulates on them and they vacuum really nicely. The price is so affordable I was worried there would be something wrong with them, but I really like them and am happy I bought them.

You might want some rug tape to secure it to the steps. It doesn't come with any tape. Also, I ordered this twice because it comes in a smaller count than other similar products. I got both boxes and they are slightly different in color. It's not noticeable unless you're standing at the top of the stairs and look down at them all together.
