Purchased a case of this Beton Graphite floor tile to use in conjunction with the matching MSE Beton Graphite mesh mosaic and bullnose pieces for my new walk-in shower floor and curb. Quick ship-to-store delivery with no damaged pieces. Love the look of it's dark, charcoal-like finish. Was glad to see that glazed did not mean shiny and so it matched the other Graphite pieces perfectly. Website product images are pretty close to the look of the actual product. Used the CBP Delorean Gray grout to finish the installation.

Beautiful but fragileThis tile is beautiful but it is fragile. The tiles are large so it is easy for the tile to fracture. Two of my eight boxes were broken entirely. I worry about them breaking later once they are placed as my flooring tile. Be sure to use on a very solid floor(cement) which does not flex.

So incredibly happyOverall, we are incredibly happy. We used it for both our bathroom floor and counter top and back splash in our kitchen. We wanted something nonporous and sealed, for sanitizing reasons, as well as something we could put hot pans and baking sheets on without a pad or trivet. We used a silicone grout in the same color and will never use anything else. The overall affect is beautiful and was very easy to install as well as maintain. I gave the appearance 4 out of 5 because a couple of the tiles do have marks on the top from the bottom of the tile stacked on it. They don't appear to be going away even after getting washed multiple times a day for the last year. They are only apparent at certain times of the day when the sun comes in just right and you're standing at a certain angle, so it's not as big as it sounds, just didn't feel right giving it 5 stars and then commenting on a flaw.

Flooring Specialist ApprovedHaving looked at some of the other comments, I feel it is important to point out that the quality of this product and its price are exceptional. I have personally seen people pay in the $5 a square foot range for similar tiles. Second, rather than pretend to be a decorator or tile installer, get a professional to do it because it's not the products fault for installation by a novice. Naturally, colors will be different in person, yet based on what is available for pictures, this material is very close, though a shade or two darker than shown (but a non-issue). Finally, as a trade professional, there are a few real pieces of input to give:
1. The tile cuts very well on a quality cutting board with minimal fish tails and grinds nicely too.
2. The material is very flat, which can be an issue with tiles over 20 inches, especially porcelain.
3. There is hardly any variance in the sizes, if any, and the differences I measured are less than 1/32 (which is practically non-existent).
4. The tiles come very well packaged with wraps around the boxes and plastic corners inside the boxes to prevent broken corners (previous dye lots may have been different).
5. The tiles have an odd length size, but if you choose to use a spacer, preferably 1/8, this will help get rid of the 32nds in the measurements (the edges are nearly rectified, but a slight 1/16 bevel is there).
6. Use a latex modified thin-set for this material to ensure a long lasting installation.
7. Install this as a brick-joint pattern.

Great Quality; Great ValueOrdered this tile after receiving shattered slate. This is beautiful for a much lower price. This is a solid heavy tile. My installer was impressed with the quality for such a great price. Looks great in my bathroom with a dark grey grout.

We chose the Beton Concrete 24 x 24 tile to be installed over a stained concrete floor in a recen...We chose the Beton Concrete 24 x 24 tile to be installed over a stained concrete floor in a recently purchased condo. Although we love concrete, the color was off due to a bad staining job. So, after a long search and finding some great tiles in many price ranges, we decided to take a chance on this tile. We ordered one case and had it delivered to our local store. Our condo is in Santa Fe and we live on the east coast, so this was a long distance decision. I will add photos as soon as the project is finished. We are pleased with the tile. It looks great, got it on sale, with no shipping cost, came well packaged and only one broken tile in 77 cases! Our installer liked working with the tile and actually mixed a custom grout color to match. The grout looks lighter in the photos, but it has darkened a bit now. He found the tile to be even in size and surface. The concept was to have small grout lines and not much contract with grout. We love it and feel it will work with our rustic/modern concept in a rather modern type space in Santa Fe. HD was great, delivery on time and according to schedule. Would recommend the tile, great look for a great price. Yes, one could spend 3+ times the money for similar look, but for the price point, it was a great choice.

Quality porcelainI have been to many tile stores in the area with this look in mind. I finally found the right one but it was expensive, I decided to go with it anyway. Then the tile store let us know it was on back order and we couldn't wait. That's when I found this option. I decided to give it a shot. This tile is very close to the expensive tile. There is coloring on this to simulate some natural variation of stone, some light grays and a few black veins and they don't look quite as natural as the expensive tile but at 1/4 the price it was easy to overlook and it looks great when you're not standing over it scrutinizing every detail. Other than the coloring, this is a nice thick porcelain with a very smooth face and nice sharp edges (no bevel), it looks great.
