The Merola Tile Fantasy Hex Mix 8-5/8 in. x 9-7/8 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile is the latest addition to our line of pieces inspired by artisan cement tiles. The low-sheen glaze features a pleasant mix of sharp angles and gentle curves in hues of inky gray, pale gray and white. This hexagonal tile is perfect for any setting, traditional enough for historical renovations or modern enough for new construction.

good for the price
Attractive but clearly a low-res, pixelated image printed on onto porcelain, which is why it’s cheaper than real encaustic or higher-end porcelain encaustic-look tile. I’m a bit disappointed in its wear. In only 6 weeks, I’m seeing some wear along the edge of our laundry room tile.

I'm very happy with this product. The other reviewed was bothered by the thickness but I didn't D...I'm very happy with this product. The other reviewed was bothered by the thickness but I didn't DIY and the tile guys did not mention it was difficult to work with. But because it is thicker than typical tile I did have to "frame" the tile rather than have a mural wall as anticipated, so we needed to surround it with white pencil tiles to gradually move the thickness down to the typical white subway tiles. I used Charcoal grout on the walls and the floor (floor is black pebble material) and it makes everything pop. I'm very happy with the product and the result.

Beautiful, expensive tileThe tile was thicker than expected. It requires greater attention to cut it, partly due to the beautiful pattern. It's a beautiful tile and I installed it in a small hallway. I find it expensive for a ceramic tile. Only one tile was damaged during the manufacturing and couldn't be used.
