Strands is a stylish series, taking design inspiration from fabric with a linear pattern. The neutral color pallete and refined aesthetic makes it well suited for both floor and wall use. Strands is also suitable for shower walls and floors.

- Glazed finish with a natural sheen and a slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels, exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions

Beautiful large-format tiles with rectified edges that allow for minimal grout lines. With the proper tools, such as a suction cup for aid in positioning the 12x24 tiles, they were very easy to install over Schluter Ditra underlayment. I took a chance purchasing them on-line without having seen them in person. The website lists the tile in the "gray family" when a better description would have been "cream." The striae were light blue and taupe which match well with the colors I am using this time and does not clash with the cork and bamboo flooring abutting the tiled areas. I am happy with the tile and can't wait for Home Depot to offer a wider selection of Emser tile.

Great tile!Overall this was a wonderful purchase! The tile did appear darker on my computer screen and lighter in person, but once I paired the tile with dark brown grout to make it pop, it looked great and complimented everything else nicely. I was nervous that the porcelain would be slippery in the bathroom, but there have been no issues with the little ones.

We installed this in our bathroom and laundry room on floors and walls. It has just the right am...We installed this in our bathroom and laundry room on floors and walls. It has just the right amount of grey and tan that it blends well with other accent tiles for a large number of possible combinations. I would have rated it a 5 except for its weight (could be a bit lighter) and the length of time it takes to get the order filled.

It was exactly what I needed. The picture online...It was exactly what I needed. The picture online was a little confusing, it appears much "browner" in the picture than the Twilight style actually is (more blue to my mind). Wasn't sure if the correct tile would arrive, but it did. Really well packaged to prevent damage, as well.

Nice but not what we expectedThe Emser Strands tile (Oyster) is a nice high quality porcelain tile but the finish was not what I expected. Online it appears to be lighter and it doesn't capture the variation of colors that you see in person. The colors consisted of tans, creams, blues and grays. Its still a beautiful tile, but just not the colors we wanted for my daughter's bathroom. I ended up returning.

Not oliveThe tile was very nice but the color was not olive. Not even a hint of green. It looked a little like a light colored concrete next to our dark cabinets. Not what we were looking for but the tiles were pretty.
