With its smooth, unglazed surface and its slight shade variation, the Jeffrey Court Windswept 13 in. x 13 in. Marble Mosaic Wall Tile can be installed alongside stone or ceramic field tiles (sold separately) to create a coordinated look. Mesh-mounted Mosaics can be used as a whole sheet or cut to make affordable feature strips. Penetrating sealers recommended before grouting. Recommend white polymer-modified thinset and non-sanded grout for best installation results.

Definitely adds designer touch to bathroom remodel
I bought this tile for my master bath remodel - to use as floor and also as border for white subway tile walls. It is lovely as border and looks great for shower floor but I stopped short of using it for the entire floor because it was starting to look too busy. The tile is very close so won't take much grout but with a good sealer that shouldn't be a problem. The tile setter had a little trouble getting it to slope enough for the shower floor because the stones were so tight, but he worked it out. There was some considerable variation in color between tile sheets but that's to be expected with natural stone - we just had to carefully hand select what would go where (used darker sheets for shower floor). It's a fairly expensive tile but well worth it especially when mixing with less expensive subway tile. My biggest complaint was having to run around to several Home Depot stores to get all the tile I needed. No one store had enough for just one purchase (they said it was flying off the shelves) - so check stock before going to purchase.

Beautiful as a bathroom floor tileI saw this tile way before we even started the project and knew I wanted it. It was a little expensive, but that is the benefit of designing a small space – it leaves a little room to splurge on better materials because you don’t need as much. It was a bit of a pain to install because the first box we had the tile sheets were stuck to the cardboard and all the tile pieces fell apart when we tried to remove it. The second box didn't have this problem (we should have started with this one!) Because the tiles are so tight together the sheets don't have much flex the pieces kept coming apart which was very tedious. In the end though, I think it was well worth the effort. I love the mosaic design and the colors and because the tiles are so tight together there are hardly any grout lines to get dirty! We used a light grey grout and did apply a sealer so the tiles won't stain.

WONDERFUL look with gray/white cabinets!I'm sure I looked at thousands of backsplash options for my new kitchen with gray and white cabinetry and stainless appliances. There, right at HomeDepot Online was this wonderful mosaic in shades of white to deep gray in a basketweave pattern. Adds just the right degree of interest among all my "neutral" colors. Everyone who sees it comments on it. This is the perfect finishing touch for all those gray kitchens that are so "in" today (or to get a touch of gray in any kitchen) -- get this and you won't be sorry1

Jeffrey Court Windswept Mosaic Marble wall tileUsed this Jeffrey Court Windswept Mosaic Marble wall tile in our bathroom shower niche. Gave it a nice accent. I would highly recommend purchasing this in the store, in-person as each 13"x13" tile is unique! There was A LOT of variation in colors! Some of the marble had more pink or more grey colors. Definitely carefully look at it because some of the tiles were cracked. Had the pick one where we liked the colors and didn't have any big tile cracks! Otherwise it looks great and I love it in our shower!

Not for the beginnerThis tile looks good when in the package. There are many variations, so make sure you pick out tiles that are all consistently darker or lighter, like is said in another review. I took the tile out of the cellophane and it of course wasn't rigid anymore. It is so tightly linked that it was difficult to get them all to fit back together to lie flat, and that was before I tried to do the same on the wall. When we cut the tiles using a wet saw, the pieces started coming off of the mesh backer. When we put it on the wall, we had to try and get it to lay flat again and also insert those pieces that had come off back into very tightly packed gaps. It wasn't fun. I do not recommend this tile for beginners or for people who want a perfect finish.
Lastly, make sure you use white grout.

A customer asked me if I could apply this to a fireplace. I mentioned it would not be easy and w...A customer asked me if I could apply this to a fireplace. I mentioned it would not be easy and would require a ton of work to interlock the sheets on the inside and outside corners. In addition, to make these sheets interlock, it would require a ton of work and hand polishing.
After discouraging the customer, she still insisted. So, on we go. The sheets themselves are a bit of a pain to work with. The pieces sometimes fall off. They also tend to vary in color significantly.
At the end of the day, the project much longer than anticipated but came out beautifully.

Beautiful MosaicThis tile was used to cover a large scratch on our hallway shelf. It was pretty easy to work with. It was a little difficult to cut the backing when I tried to put sections together though. But, the end result was beautiful.
