It was a little challenging to install, the spacing of the tiles on the backing was not uniform it was a bit off here and there. I decided to use white grout vs gray to hide the inperfections of the spacing, and it turned out beautiful. Though the tile is white and looks simple, it is not flat and has some contour so it really catches light and reflects.

There is a but....This tile is beautiful!! Beautiful!! I just wanted to leave a couple comments for people that are debating this tile. 1) the 1/8 gap is NOT even. So, your grout will be thicker and thinner in some places. I was okay with this. But only because I didn't want to pay double for the tile installer to take every piece off and install them individually. 2) each sheet is NOT 1-square foot. Please make sure you order enough. I was one sheet short. And your local Home Depot doesn't carry it if you need more, fast.
With all that said, we made do with what we had and my kitchen looks amazing.

This is a beautiful tile, and it looks great around...This is a beautiful tile, and it looks great around my fireplace. There was one damaged sheet in the center of a box of sheets, but that was just one out of 15 or so.

The hexagons are a throwback to a very classic, vintage look, but with a fresh modern take. Plus, they really catch the light. Our new tile backsplash is a huge upgrade for our kitchen.

However, the finish is not as strong as it could be and the manufacturer doesn't care. Of the 54 sheets of tile we originally bought, 25 had chips. We exchanged those, only to find that 10 of the replacements were also chipped. What a mess.
