Two designs under the same item number
There is nothing wrong with the tile; looks good on the wall (even though there is a certain variation in color from box to box).....except for one thing: the same item number is used on two different designs - one has regular size square glass pieces exactly like the one on the photo; the other type has tiny little squares and rectangular pieces, different pattern.
Looks completely different; when ordered online, HomeDepot managed to put both types in one order. Just wondering: the person who puts the order together does not even look at what he's putting in the package? The fact that the tiles have different design does not even raise a question? Is it super difficult to call the client's phone number and clarify?
I had to order this online in the US store because the tiles are out of stock at Canadian stores and HomeDepot does not deliver across the border. Now I have to reorder and travel 200 miles to pick up a new order. If the person in charge bothers to send the right tiles, of course...
Deeply disappointed.

I ordered a full sheet of this and after waiting over 2 WEEKS I received a raggedly cut sample! ...I ordered a full sheet of this and after waiting over 2 WEEKS I received a raggedly cut sample! I have no idea if I would recommend this product because what I got was basically unusable. They are supposed to be ordering me a full sheet but as of today I have received no information regarding my order. The customer service at my local Home Depot is excellent, however the miscommunication with the online order sending the wrong product and subsequent time it took to arrive definitely deserve a poor score.
