I bought this to try for my 18 month old and 6 month old. It's not as thick as i would like it to be but that could be me being a very protective parent. It definitely softens the blow on our very thin living room carpet. Great for them to crawl and run around on. My wife and I plan on buying more to cover a bigger area!

This is NOT Gym Flooring.
This is under the Category of Gym Flooring. The wrapping say Play Mats. This is clearly for kids playing, not for a Gym or Workout floor.
Also, it is not 2 sided. One side is clearly for the floor and wood mar easily.
