I have been using this floor wax at a school...
I have been using this floor wax at a school for 5 years now and it makes the floors look amazing! I do have a floor machine that strips off the old wax first, then use a coat of sealer and finally use 4-5 coats of the new wax

Easy to apply and very forgiving--no problem with overlap at...Easy to apply and very forgiving--no problem with overlap at separate sections of the floor. Quite shiny, which may dull down with time. I didn't buff it.
