White Daltile subway tile has been my mass-market go-to tile for quite some time, due mostly to t...White Daltile subway tile has been my mass-market go-to tile for quite some time, due mostly to the fact that their glazing is truly white, unlike many "white" ceramic tiles that are really more off-white or cream colored.
Unfortunately it appears that their quality control has disappeared. I checked boxes of this product at three separate Home Depot locations. ALL of it had flecks of debris and surface imperfections in the tile glazing. It was completely unusable. If it had been just one store you could assume they had a bad batch, but this was three locations in two states and all of it had the same problem. It is extremely unfortunate as I will most likely have to stop buying from this manufacturer if this is the best they can do for their basic ceramic tile lines. Clean up your spray room Daltile.

The tiles are very nice! However, I would suggest buying...The tiles are very nice! However, I would suggest buying a couple extra boxes. I ordered 6 and 1 box was completely broken, a quarter of the tiles were broken in the other 3 boxes.
