A quality item
I needed a heavy-duty stair tread for the step down to our outside rear porch. It would have to withstand both heavy traffic and all kinds of weather. This item succeeds on all points - it is much thicker than the usual stair treads you see in the Big Box stores. Cutting it to fit was easy, it laid down flat, and looks great.

good product but expensivethis was a good product . as a home owner i have done ceramic wall and floor tiling--but this product needed more clear explanation--start with the over abundance of 24 plus page of info at the roppe website--the glues recommended by roppe and their products are not really available locally --the distributor in wood dale does not carry their products even though they are listed at the website.
this product has a rubber molded bull nose that does not sit flush at a right angle to the stair, but instead has a rounded under edge that you are trying to seat flush to the stair surface--NO instructions on how to perform that step other than buying another expensive adhesive to apply under the bull nose--I just think the product could be molded to conform better to the home owners stairs--

Worked great!We ordered these for the steps at the back of our church that lead to our preschool, they look great and will provide a safe path from outside to our preschool especially during nasty weather. They were much more reasonable than others we looked at.
